This page explains what we collect when you book with KC Home Base and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number (if you give it), dates, and number of guests, to manage your booking.
• Payment details, which are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• Your ID check, which is handled by Stripe. We receive only the result, not your ID documents or selfie.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm your booking, send your arrival details, run the ID check, handle payments and refunds, and respond to you. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Stripe for payments and ID checks, Resend for email, Supabase for secure storage, and Vercel for hosting. They handle your information only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal reasons.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete your information, email bookings@kchomebase.com. We may need to keep some records for legal reasons.
