Cancellation policy

Refunds depend on the home and on how far ahead of check-in you cancel. The days are counted from the check-in date shown on your confirmation email.

Westport Landing

45 or more days before check-in: full refund.
30 to 44 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Fewer than 30 days before check-in: no refund.

Chic Cottage

14 or more days before check-in: full refund.
7 to 13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Fewer than 7 days before check-in: no refund.

How to cancel

Email bookings@kchomebase.com with your name and check-in date. Your cancellation counts from the time we receive your email. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Shortened stays and no-shows

Leaving early, arriving late, or not arriving does not entitle you to a refund. If you want to change your dates, email us. We will try to help, but a change is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel your stay or cannot provide the home, we will refund you in full.

Weather and events

Weather, travel disruptions, and event changes, including game schedule changes, do not change this policy. We suggest travel insurance if you want that coverage.
